Trailer Pre Trip Damage Inspection Forms
We have found these PDF files very useful when doing our pre trip inspections. we learned that not all manufactures require them so it’s a hit or miss when printing your documents if these are included in the printing process. we use these forms regardless if they print or do not print to show exactly on the trailer a reference of any damage we find before leaving the yard. we also take photos of reference from close up to distance to protect ourselves. We hope these help you as much as they help us.

Dealer Acceptance Forms (DAF)
We are including several files here due to several reasons. when we were new we delivered a unit that did not have a DAF (Dealer Acceptance Form) and we had to go through some hoops to get it signed and returned to get paid, another time we turned in the paperwork to the dealership and they misplaced the DAF when they were inspecting. so now we keep on hand printable blank DAF Forms for any reason this happens
